Santa Sightings in Fairfield County

I’m a bad mommy. Still haven’t started Christmas shopping OR taken my daughter to visit Santa yet. I’ve got a lot to do in the next few days. This is my first Christmas with a child old enough to visit Santa and I’m learning he’s not an easy man to track down! I’ve also learned that a lot of places might have Santa hanging around to visit with the kids, but very few places have the photographer on hand to shoot the classic picture with the child on Santa’s lap. Here’s what I’ve turned up! Please contact me if you're aware of other Santa events by replying to this post or emailing me.

Darien Sport Shop
1127 Post Road , Darien
203.655-2575
Santa will be at the Darien Sport shop every Saturday and Sunday between now and Christmas from noon – 3pm and every Thursday from 2-6pm. Plus, he’ll make a special appearance on Christmas Eve from 10am – 1pm. Children receive a free Polaroid photo with Santa when they bring a new unwrapped toy for the pediatric unit at Stamford Hospital.

Stamford Town Center
100 Greyrock Place Stamford
(203) 975-7512
http://www.shopstamfordtowncenter.com/
This appears to be the classic mall Santa situation. Wait in line, sit on his lap, tell him what you want and get a picture taken. He works long hours here, from 9am – 8:50pm, 7 days a week, between now and Christmas.

Stew Leonards
100 Westport Avenue, Norwalk203. 8477214
99 Federal Road, Danbury 203. 790.8030
http://www.stewleonards.com/
Santa will be at Stew’s Norwalk and Danbury locations Monday – Friday from 3pm – 6pm and 10:30am – 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Parents are free to take their own photos.
