Picture a less tan, less slimy, less annoying Richard Simmons and you've got Lynn Blank, the Fairfield County Stroller Strides instructor/owner. She's energetic, motivating and she'll kick your butt into gear, but she does it in such a fun way that you almost don't notice you're working out.
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program you can do with your child. Not only is it good for you, but the babies and toddlers love all the activity too. In the winter the group gathers at the Stamford Town Center and in nicer weather we'll meet at different parks throughout Stamford, Old Greenwich and Rowayton (Lynn may be adding a Greenwich location too). There's no need to line up a sitter, just bring your child and stroller and you're good to go. Sorry, but the days of using lack of childcare or cold weather as an excuse for not working out are so over.
Your first class is free so, click here for class schedules and more information about the Stroller Strides program. Lynn's contact info is below and she'd be happy to answer any of your questions. Hope to see you at the next class!

Lynn is an amazing fitness instructor, but also one of the most supportive moms I know. Despite only attending the Saturday class, she always makes me feel welcome, and never lets me use it as an excuse to not exercise during the week! I recommend this class to anyone who's looking for a good workout and great company.
