Reminder! MOM E FAIR This Sunday May 18th at the Darien Town Hall

If you're at the MOM E Fair this weekend, please come find me at my table and say hello! I'd love to meet you. It's an expo-style event sponsored by Stroller Strides with shopping for moms, a silent auction and entertainment for kids from Kinderdance and Mary Ann Hall's Music for Children. I'll be the one sitting there with a laptop and some brochures while my fellow "mompreneurs" sell their beautiful handmade items and showcase all the great local services offered for moms and kids. Come keep me company!

Handmade items for sale include baby dresses from Southern Yankee (see certifcate below), heirloom gifts from Mary Grace Designs, belts from Oliver Green, hair accessories from Caleigh's Curls and more. Plus you can learn more about many local mom-owned businesses like The Little Gym and The Sitting Service.

All proceeeds benefit the Better Beginnings program, a free prenatal program available to expectant mothers in the Stamford -Norwalk area who are in their second and third trimester of pregnancy. Better Beginnings offers bilingual (Spanish/English) classes on prenatal nutrition, labor, delivery and home care of the newborn.
