I'm a fairly recent convert to a Mac from a PC and I'm in love! Not only do I love the actual computer, but I just love the entire Apple culture. So far, their customer service has been outstanding and whenever I pop into the Apple store in Stamford with a quick question, I leave happy.
Last time I was there I learned about the FREE in-store workshops for kids. Coming up, they're offering an Apple Movie workshop. Here's the class description from their web site:
Movie Workshop
This workshop will teach families how to import footage, crop video clips, and add special effects to produce their own movie with iMovie. When they’ve finished, these budding filmmakers can take home their masterpiece on a DVD, as well as a workbook full of tips for future moviemaking projects.
