This Friday I plan to visit the Stamford Museum & Nature Center for their Holidays on Heckscher Farm event. Every Friday in December, they're inviting families to enjoy complimentary hot cocoa and to stroll along their luminary paths from 9am - 7pm. At 7 o'clock , the observatory will open up for a viewing of the night sky.
Christmas trees will be sold by the Exchange Club in the north parking lot. Sounds like an event that's perfect for all ages and great way to get into the holiday mood. For more details, visit
