I first read about Petite Palate in the Stamford Advocate a few weeks ago. I'm always intrigued by stories about local moms launching businesses. It's inspiring and I love spreading the word to all of you. So here goes...
Petite Palate was founded by Christine Naylor of Norwalk and Lisa Beels of NYC. Both have culinary backgrounds and a passion for healthy foods. So they developed this line of fresh, organic baby foods that are much healthier and tastier than the jarred stuff. I'm sure the Apple Pear and Banana Peach blends are delicious, but we'll have to see about the Lentil Trio.
Why not come try it for yourself? Petite Palate will be at Rowayton Market on Saturday, April 26th from 11:30 - 2pm and Palmer's Market in Darien on Monday, April 28th from 10am-1pm for tastings. You can also find their products at Tommy K's Vitamins in Stamford. Plus, they're all over speciality shops in NYC. Check their Web site for more information.
